Bro tf. Why did they nerf the rasengan that bad. Normally it shoudve destroyed the minigun completely and even hit Ao and at minimum break his arm. CMON its an S tier jutsu thats super hard to learn. Even a weak Sakura punch is stronger than that tf.

Its actually A tier but I agree the rasengan is still a really strong jutsu. I think he held back with it but idk they're nerfing everything in this damn show.

The Rasengan is A tier BUT when it's completed with a nature release it becomes S tier.

It's not really nerfed. Naruto has a very strong version and so does Kakashi to a degree. It showed in earlier episodes Boruto's impact is like half as much as Kakashi's if not a quarter the size. Boruto's Rasangan has a very small amount of power and so that is why he tried to learn a new version that had enough power to blow away his enemies.
